If one of nozzle (spout) gets clogged, the top of spout (black circle) is actually a cover. Use thin narrow knife to pop it open and there is a torque screw. Unscrew and take cover off by pulling top part upward. Carefully pull the nozzle part out bt pulling toward you (disconnect water & coffee hoses). And you're welcome. Haha

4 and a half years that I have it and second breakdown , first SAV 268 euros , I’m not even going to have it repaired , has 700 euros new the high-end expensive in SAV:( I start over on a cheaper brand )
