No, that's the music that plays in JP3 during the plane fly-by. The menu theme of Operation Genesis is a different rendition of that.

@@TyrannoWright It's the same theme, yes, but its pacing and instrumentation differ from the original as it was performed by a different orchestra under a different conductor. The original version that plays in the movie also has an additional section that is not present on the official soundtrack. Thus, the flyby theme in the game is a different rendition.
