This video was created 95% by AI tech.. I wanted to create this video as a current tech demo, with the goal to recreate it in the future once these tools are better evolved.

Hey guys! I created this video as a kind of tech demo. My ultimate goal is to make fan vids with scripts/plots (and realistic visuals) With AI moving so quickly, I made this video (in 2024) as a measure of where we're currently at. I'm excited to make this trailer again NEXT year (with even better AI tools). Because I LOVE Jurassic Park, I thought this halfway sequel was a good start! (Sorry, yes this video is a mess, but hopefully next time it will be a lot smoother!)

The tech is moving incredibly quickly. If you look at AI video from 2023 (and compare it to today) it’s pretty shocking how far it’s come. I think within 3 or 4 years you won’t be able to tell if it’s created by one person (like me) or a $100 million Hollywood studio. Big changes are coming.

Being entertained isn’t worth barreling towards a dystopian future, IMO. I’m sorry if I was rude about your video though. You do good work and are a very talented editor/creator. I was just forced to do an AI update today on my phone which I didn’t want the same day my power went out during a heat wave. I just get frustrated with our society when things like AI are the number one goal of the tech industry when we can’t solve so many other problems like having a strong enough power grid to withstand 107° weather!

People think AI is easy… but this video took a heap of different programs. Voice cloning was elevenlabs. Image generation was midjourney. Faceswap done with Roop. Video generation with Luma. And then lipsync with Runway. I might make a “Making Of” video if this vid gets more views.
