One of the fondest memories was putting the park cleaners building inside the predator pen, one by one they’d come out to picked off by the raptors 😂😂

If the developers of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six vegas 1 and 2 made a Jurassic Park game based on the same engine, it would be AWESOME. Instead of terrorists hunt it would be called "Raptor hunt."

This was an unique expirience for me... I really love my JP game. I reach 5 stars at the end. There are some many things to do and to build. I remember one time that a hot air balloon had crashed because of storm, then the spinosaur ate some people... hahaha i lost a lot of money in this event hahahah. I played it on PC the first time, and many years after on ps2.

One more thing to say, about dinosaurs, bones and "dig sites". if you cant get any T REX bone or some species that we saw in the movie, you can buy those bones in a "market". In some cases i needed a bit more of DNA to reach 100% and i buy for example velociraptors in order to make my dinosaurs more resistant. thats the way you can have 5 stars rating dinos, but you will need a lot of money...

Thanks for putting the Jurassic Park theme at the start (puts me right into Dino mode) BUT! Pam... while most people would demand 5 star treatment from their resorts, I never ever want it from yours. It is one thing to have your dinosaurs roam about and eat people; it is altogether twisted to sit there and film it for the viewing public. Gasp! Obscene

Good review! Fair criticisms. I have it on xbox and play it a few times a year, it's not too difficult or excessively long to hit 5 stars so it's an enjoyable playthrough to this day. I could have sworn you get access to 4 dig sites in the xbox version, I'll have to double check, but either way I definitely agree with you there,realizing I wasn't going to be able to unlock every dig site on one playthrough was a bummer.

I loved this game back in the day. It was one of the earliest games in that generation that really shot up in price unexpectedly. I remember asking on a car forum (lol) why the game was so expensive. I had to pay close to retail for a used complete copy but it was worth it. I usually don't play tycoon games because I always go broke but this one kept my attention after I figured out I can just charge the early visitors a ton of money and then lower the price when i need to attract a larger quantity of visitors later. It sucks that you can't get all dinos in the same gameplay stint. It all depends on where you get your DNA and by design you never get a complete set, I hear PC mods took care of that though. You're right that letting the carnivores loose is really fun. What I hated though is that I could never get the raptors to behave, if you had more than one in a pen they would just murder each other. I could never figure out how to do it, but I guess that could be a reference to the film so maybe there isn't a way.
@Cannotbetamed17 жыл бұрын
Yeah, raptors are probably always jerks.
