It obviously need more polishing, but it shows a lot of potential The best thing was nothicing that the rex did non despawn once it went out of sight, but kept walking. A very nice touch, that make the player more invested in to where it's going amd where it is

Rexy is touchy. This took me a couple of tries to get through since krenautican has been working the Rex while I work the raptors. There’s a little learning curve with both ai’s, but I do not want to hype it up like I’m Peter Molyneux because this is made in dreams, we are limited and I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations. I just hope everyone isn’t disappointed when it comes out.

In JP canon, it’s implied the movement-vision is either outdated (as in it can still see you but simply lose interest or is curious) or due to frog DNA. They can’t seem to make up their minds on that.

It was. We didn’t want to write straight fan fiction. Since day one it was super important to not break any of the JP lore by introducing a new event that would mess up the timeline. The story was built on the film and inspired by the book.

The trailer will be out very soon! Like within a day. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be including a release date because I really don’t want to let anyone down but delaying it. Things are coming together pretty well and hopefully the demo will be out before the end of the year or really early 2023 at the latest.

That theory wasn't COMPLETELY bogus. According to Laura Sorkin's journal in "TellTale's Jurassic Park The Game", the T-Rex's visual acuity being based on movement was due to a genetic mutation caused by the frog DNA used to fill in the gene sequence gaps.

It looks great. But I do have a little bit of room for improvement though. The Trex I felt walked into the situation, a little to quickly. I think of toned down, and didn't go right to the player, but instead starting going into a "Search" like faze before coming up to the player, would have felt more realistic. Keep working on this go, I want to see where this is going.

Notice when the t Rex does it's signature scream that it's not very loud, this would be a realistic representation due to your eardrums being blown out completely. More than likely your ears will bleed and it's very possible to black out due to the overwhelming amount of audio information your brain is trying to deal with. The easiest way is to force oneself to feint from further damage.
