@ it’s Clint. Nicholas Hoult isn’t a huge name but people like him, it’s a very tense legal drama/thriller. It’s entertaining. I wouldn’t expect Oppenheimer numbers but I think it would do really well with a full release and marketing push. I have a movie nerd friend that didn’t even hear about it until I mentioned it yesterday and when I described the premise she was immediately on board. Wtf is WB smoking

Unfortunately the theater is no longer an option due to the amount of people who feel it is ok to check their phones throughout the film, shining their distracting lights. Going to the theater is not enjoyable anymore.

I loved this film, it left me utterly bewildered, and I'll be thinking about it for many months, possibly years to come. It's been a long time since a movie has left me so needy for things to be wrapped up nicely in a bow, with a tidy explanation, and that's the true beauty of this movie.

People are so sensitive now. Not even Clint Eastwood is upset about giving up part of the rights to a platformer so they can see his movie and everyone here is crying about it. A director wants his film to be seen and appreciated. Not so that some people feel special for seeing it outside of a popular platform.

Yeah. It only played in Vancouver and Toronto from what I seen. I was lucky enough to see it in Vancouver. WB really f-ed up not promoting this film or giving it a wider release. Original film, great cast.

This looks quite good. Why don't people go to the movies anymore? Well... price is first. Paying extra for a less clean, less comfortable place to sit, surrounded by sometimes noisy, sometimes smelly, usually inconsiderate strangers to watch a movie you can't pause when you've got to pee while also paying 10-20 times what a soda and snack are worth. Where do I sign up?! But... Also... we get garbage movies sent to theaters and good ones straight to streaming. Of course, the good ones are still rare on streaming, and the price of streaming keeps going up with nothing to justify the cost. Which is why I don't have Max anymore. So, who knows when I will see this good looking movie... NOT December 20th, that's for sure.
