For all those who watched the trial, we know: - she perjured herself on the stand - she admitted the article was about Depp - she falsified evidence, ie providing the same pictures for different alleged assaults - she staged pictures of his drug use - she took photographs of everything BUT her injuries - she failed to provide any medical records - she changed her abuse timeline midway through the trial to the very beginning of the relationship (yet she gave him a big knife early on) - she refused and failed to submit her phone and devices for discovery - she says the police, the park manager, everyone who wasn’t her witness were liars - she uses pledge and donate synonymously - Kate Moss was not pushed down the stairs as she claimed - evidence showed on and after her days of alleged abuse, she was flawless and enjoying life. Most humans would likely be at the hospital or recovering from such alleged injuries Almost forgot all the audio tapes… where she admitted she abused Depp, taunted him that no one will believe he is a DV victim, gaslighted him saying she didn’t punch but hit him, was constantly chasing him during fights when he wanted to leave to avoid escalating the situation, was under the influence despite her claims of not using anything….. The list goes on… and on… Forgot her physical abuse severed his finger… And she was definitely not afraid of her alleged abuser, ie took pictures sent to friends and mocked him. Feel free to add to the list if there’s anything else missing.

I think her attorneys instructed that because I saw other witnesses on ambers side, like Dr. Hughes, do the same thing. I think it might be uncommon courtroom etiquette. Same reason why they all stand when the jury walks in and out. At the end of the day, youre appealing to the jury who will decide your fate, so it might be etiquette to address them directly. Please need to think more critically about these things.

@@TheWorldisQuietHere3 Yeah some of the lawyers on KZbin that covered it mentioned it was most likely suggested to her that she do it. However, the lawyers also need to be aware of what works and what doesn’t. If they see the jury isn’t responding well to the clients consistent eye contact, they need to adjust accordingly. Or perhaps they did, but she didn’t listen/got too adjusted to the habit 🤷🏻‍♀️

After surviving them, you are forever changed, scarred, deep emotional scars. A psychological wounding. Mine stalked me for 3 1/2 yrs straight and still does intermittently to this day. They become obsessed with you. They're like herpes. They never go away. Amber is already doing it now, saying she's still in love with him and with this interview of hers. The reality is there are tons of people that are pretty much unplugged and could easily not look at social media for 2 months! @@BG-hz8fh There was more to what he said than what GMA is reporting on here. For instance, I don’t think he ever actually mentioned “mutual abuse”. What he said was that husbands and wives get into arguments and yell at each other. GMA just put their spin on it. That was their take on it, or they left out the husband and wife statement, so it’s out of context. Seems their spin is trying to make it sound like the jury came down with their verdict just because they thought she wasn’t credible due to her bad coaching, and actions on the stand. I highly doubt that those are the sole reasons all seven jurors found for JD. Wonder what else they left out or reported out of context. It will be interesting to see what The jury will say in the future.

@SeraphinaRuthman246 2 жыл бұрын
@@allimoo-249 Even if they did mention they were both abusive, it still won't change the verdict at all. Because, the jury was not given jury instructions defining abuse or what type of abuse they must believe. Rotternborn tried to pigeonhole them into HIS wide definition of abuse. Whereas Camille said that the jury should determine her claims in context the op-ed born from her claims in the TRO where she accused him of *PHYSICAL* abuse. It's clear that the jury used Camille's definition she presented to them in her rebutal closings and they all agreed that Amber's statement which alluded to physical abuse since that is what she *publically* accused Johnny Depp of in her TRO which was made public was false. The jury can believe which ever lawyer's definition of abuse in that context is since there are no jury instructions stating otherwise. If the jury had to believe only Rotternborn's definition of abuse then when Amber and her team attempted to dismiss Johnny's case mid-trial, it would have been successful but the judge denied it and left it up to the jury to decide what lawyer's definition of abuse they choose to believe. I hope I didn't confuse y'all even more, but look at Camille's rebutal closing argument to further understand

She’s going to end up being re-litigated by Depp’s team filing a motion for permanent injunction (they won’t sue again, it doesn’t need to go that route, but filing a injunction would be much better) by the courts if Depp’s team gets fed up enough with these lies and the way she keeps belittling the judge and jury by acting as if she didn’t have a fair trial and that they all lied/were against her going by the narratives she is setting out (ie: “they looked on social media, the gallery was full of fanatical Depp fans, etc.” to imply the Judge didn’t have a control of her court). All this gaslighting she’s trying to do can easily come back and bite her in the ass if she doesn’t watch, because she can easily be ordered by the court now to cease talking about it (which CAN result in criminal charges if she continues if they file an injunction because she’ll have been told by a court of law to stop talking about any of it since she continues to defame). Amber thinks just because she went through the trial and it is now “over” she believes she can just blatantly lie about everyone involved. Judgement-proof as they say. Depp’s team can easily take that interview she did and said “See? This is potential for republishing. She won’t stop. Even when she was proven in a court of law to have defamed our client, she still continues to defame him with even more lies. She’s now trying to lay blame on the jury by claiming they saw social media and didn’t care about the oath.” It’s obvious she’s setting everything up to appeal, but this can easily backfire right in her face.

To be honest, I think it was her 'evidences' that actually backfired on her and did her more damage than Johnny. Whatever pictures she had of her injuries, she made them suspicious by her embellished, over the top description of whatever assault incident caused them. For the most serious and egregious assault claims, she had no photos or medical evidence and she testified herself that she 'didn't feel the need to'. So she felt the need to document less severe injuries, but didn't feel the need to neither document or seek medical help for serious injuries?? She recorded so much of audio tapes, but not only none of it had anything to incriminate Johnny, instead she was the one losing control and being toxic even when she was in control of the recording. She couldn't make the jury believe her, because she has absolutely no self awareness about her own behavior. Including how much obnoxious she came across as when she was questioned about the donations...that single cross examination was enough to clearly show that she is someone who does not conced even an inch and we all know how that behaviour plays it in relationships. Johnny lawyer was ecstatic after that exactly because of that...she showed exactly who she was at that moment

Years ago when the entire "journalistic" community began selling the narrative en mass I instinctively knew it had to be a lie. Imagine just how many people who still trust corporate media believed their lies for years

2:58 That’s a wise juror. I’ve been saying this from day 1, I’m sure Johnny isn’t perfect and they were “abusive” to each other. Calling each other names, insulting each other are all forms of abuse that’s pretty common in a lot of families including mine. AH is just a drama queen.

I agree with the comments above. Initially, I thought there was mutual abuse, but the more audio I heard of her mocking him, admitting to hitting him, admitting to not giving him space or allowing him to get away when she was being aggressive, the more I realized he was pushed to his very limit and actually exhibited more self control than most people would in those situations. It was not mutual abuse, it was a knee-jerk reaction to consistent and overbearing abuse from AH. Johnny is innocent.

If 2 people in a relationship are constantly arguing with one another, saying the meanest things in the moment are they abusing each other. The word abuse is being conflated unhelpfully and using the word for being nasty to one another is not best for evaluating DA.

I listened to that man talk for two minutes about “how much they focused on her nuances” and “being disliked can make all the difference” … I would be exaggerating if I said it made my stomach turn but you see how it made me feel. I just wish one of these people would worry more about the truth than about their screen time on a major network & a paycheck. The truth of this case is that woman threatened him a week before she claimed he hit her and he lost everything immediately. The truth is that a jury found that he hadn’t hit her a single time in his life. The truth is that she admitted on audio submitted in court that she hit him and she couldn’t promise she won’t do it again. The truth is she physically abused that man and you are all dancing around it because she’s small and pretty and a woman. The truth is Johnny Depp didn’t get a trial before he was blacklisted immediately. I wish you people would talk about the truth more often than dancing around it. She lied and none of you are punishing her for it even after *the law* punished her. He was mean to her so its okay for her to hit him? She’s small so it’s okay for her to punch slap and scratch you when she’s angry? Look at the message you’re sending to actual victims of domestic abuse. It’s disgusting. There’s a reason why random ass lawyers with cameras at home are getting more views and engagement than these multimillion dollar news studios. Look at how you all cover the news. Ridiculous.
