Jury Trial, The 7th Amendment Right

The Seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. This amendment codifies the right to a jury trial in certain civil cases and inhibits courts from overturning a jury's findings of fact.
There are two main types of court systems in the United States: federal and state. The Seventh Amendment requires civil jury trials only in federal courts.

I’m glad I came across your video. It is so educational and understanding, that I may use my right under the 7th amendment to have a trial to hear my case in a back injury that the company does not acknowledge liability. May be I may ask my lawyer if it’s possible to appoint a jury to hear my case. Thank you.👍🏼
