Unfortunately it’s part of evidence so the jury has to watch it. The family has the option to leave the courtroom. Since the age of camera phones, I’ve had the in pleasure of seeing victims take their last breath on video. People are gunned down, choked out and all on camera, and we’re all watching. Trials happen because now we cannot believe what our eyes see. Sickening 😔

*me and my fiance just went to court yesterday because he got locked up on July 3. They tried to say he assaulted a officer. Unfortunately, I had it all in recording and they said they were wearing body cams.* *When we got there, the state wanted to postpone for time to get footage together. We said hell no jury trial. They threw it out* *So I am always interested in seeing what kind of footage these officers have on their body cams* 😂

But noted that when starting his explanation suddenly took a sip of his drink which suggested the whole 'explanation' was a bit of play acting and the situation he now finds himself in there's simply no excuse and no justification for his actions
