I was actually wondering if someone had a take on him trying to play the victim in a crime/hoax he came up with himself. The judge was extremely poignant and on the nose with every comment. It's super embarrassing that both himself and his family are playing the race angle and holding up the black power/pride fist. Like..bro..trying to drag your people into this as a spokesmen for hate crimes and racial injustice as a defense in your own fraud/hoax felony fabrication is so cringe and telling regarding his true character.

@@misswinnie4.8 Geez it was worse than I thought. I'm just imagining how much money was spent. All to protect a spoiled brat. NGL, I love that the judge took the opportunity to relive the case and lecture Jussie for the cameras (cameras the defense refused for trial). Clearly money is no object, but to have the case explained for the court of public opinion did more damage to Jussie. You can see the whiplash on Jussie's face as the judge cites all the social work he's done, and then uses it as evidence he should know better. He was absolutely chewed out in public and in front of his family, and they had to sit there and take it. That and the fact he has to spend at least some time in jail is satisfactory to me. (Plus his little speech at the end was a cherry on top, his fall is complete.

Good riddance to SPOILED and NARCISSIST Mr. Smollett who STILL does NOT want to ADMIT his wrong-doing. He deserved NO MERCY‼️And, accordingly... The ARROGANT LIAR and PERJURER did NOT ASK for any Mercy. Rather he CHOSE to DISRUPT the proceeding AFTER saying HE HAD NOTHING TO SAY⁉️(yet another PERJURY act). The Judge SPARED him the additional embarrassment of NOT ordering his immediate HANDCUFFING‼️ He should have THANKED the Judge for THAT instead of his SPOILED CHILDISH OUTBURSTS and fist throwing. Mr Smollett DOES NOT represent Black America or the Black Man out there TRYING to do the RIGHT thing. RATHER he THOUGHT his Philanthropy and MONEY 💰 to charities would BUY HIM SPECIAL PRIVILEGES and avoid Jail‼️⁉️ DO THE CRIME ... DO THE TIME‼️God Bless the Judge who was NOT FOOLED by his LAST ATTEMPT TO PULL A STUNT ... before being JAILED‼️Now, he joins the CRIMINAL RANKS of OJ Simpson, Cosby and other FAILURES who HAD ALL the PRIVILEGES for Success ... BUT, WERE NEVER DESERVING OF IT‼️ GOOD Riddance ❌‼️

@@pydiboy OJ LIED and committed Perjury. So did Cosby. Smollet KILLED his 94 Year Old grandma's Spirit by allowing her to vouch for a CONVICTED LIAR, PERJURER and Felon. Poor lady was DISTRAUGHT after the sentencing. AS SHE OFFERED, I suppose Smollet is waiting on the 94 Year Old Granny to spend the rest of her Golden Years in JAIL WITH HIM⁉️ Kiran, let's NOW focus on REAL NEWS such as the War Crimes in Ukraine COMMITTED by Putin Russia⁉️Let's NOT spend another minute on Smollet's FAKE NEWS‼️🙂

@@pydiboy Kiran, while Smollet was using up 911 Emergency Resources, I'm SURE that DELAYED Life SAVING first 🥇 responder resources for someone ELSE TRULY injured and now deceased. So, YES ... he DELAYED 911 resources to the TRULY INJURED and for some, NOW DECEASED. That makes him a CONTRIBUTOR to injury and life threatening 911 Call delays. Especially IN CHICAGO‼️

He got off light considering all the BS he spewed. The judge was on point about his depiction of his attitude. bc he still was putting on a show. He stayed in character. Cookie watching shaking her head. But he knew better. Hope he gets help

He got respectfully roasted for like 7 minutes straight. If I was that judge, I would not have been that nice.
