Damn the judge’s speech was more punishing than the jail time! I’m so glad the judge did not send him to the penitentiary, in America that’s like a cheap hotel as far as living conditions. Sending him to the Cook county jail is what you would expect out of jail; it sucks! Jails are funded just barely enough to keep everyone inside alive, just barely.

JUSTICE ⚖️ Served‼️The Judge's Opinion and Sentencing Decision was ON POINT 💯 The Judge put EVERYTHING into proper perspective ELOQUENTLY, respectfully and JUSTLY. Good riddance to SPOILED and NARCISSIST Mr. Smollett who STILL does NOT want to ADMIT his wrong-doing. He deserved NO MERCY‼️And, accordingly... The ARROGANT LIAR and PERJURER did NOT ASK for any Mercy. Rather he CHOSE to DISRUPT the proceeding AFTER saying HE HAD NOTHING TO SAY⁉️(yet another PERJURY act). The Judge SPARED him the additional embarrassment of NOT ordering his immediate HANDCUFFING‼️ He should have THANKED the Judge for THAT instead of his SPOILED CHILDISH OUTBURSTS and fist throwing. Mr Smollett DOES NOT represent Black America or the Black Man out there TRYING to do the RIGHT thing. RATHER he THOUGHT his Philanthropy and MONEY 💰 to charities would BUY HIM SPECIAL PRIVILEGES and avoid Jail‼️⁉️ DO THE CRIME ... DO THE TIME‼️God Bless the Judge who was NOT FOOLED by his LAST ATTEMPT TO PULL A STUNT ... before being JAILED‼️Now, he joins the CRIMINAL RANKS of OJ Simpson, Cosby and other FAILURES who HAD ALL the PRIVILEGES for Success ...
