I strongly suggest white mulberry powder as sugar alternative. Berrilys does them. They are great for baking and desserts. The only downside is, it doesn't dissolve in water. So they are only good for baking and you need to break the clumps before use.

Looks good to me. No extra sugar (just the sweetness from the honey, which I react much better to than sugar or sugar substitutes). Likewise the dark chocolate is good in small amounts and the amount you get on each bar is pretty small.
