I suggest you make Lazy Pie with blackcurrants or any other berries. You will need:
1 glass of kefir.
1 cup of sugar.
1 cup semolina.
1 cup black currants.
1 teaspoon of soda.
Mix all ingredients and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
