Please don't do Vajrasan, after certain age knee pains are quite common . Follow other yoga please🙏

Madam, It is not advisable to do kapala bhathi after food intake. I hope you will agree with me. In fact kapala bhathi was originally advised for the skull. Stomach is a add on benifit. I am only sharing my knowledge and not an expert to advise you. Pl do not think otherwise.

@6.28 I have mentioned that if you don't have any problems go ahead. This will protect your knees in long run but when you have knee pain please avoid it. Take care.

You may sit in a sukhasan or sit on a normal chair, only the thing is that back should be straight.

Regular degree నుండి distance కి transfer కుదరదు. Distance లో మొదటి నుండి చదవాలి లేదా రెగ్యులర్ డిగ్రీ complete చేయండి 👍

Thanks for your advise.... But... Maa... You forgot to mention one thing that is.... When we are going to do some PRANAYAMA while we are in the BAJRASAN our stomach should be empty.... Am i right Maa... 🌹
