Animatic take from EPIC: The Musical. I got so much inspiration from all of the EPIC songs and from various other digital artist. I’m so happy to finally share what the second half of ‘Just a Man’ made my mind whip up- which lead to me to create this mess. I love the details! Andromache trying to save her baby. The golden Apple of discord between Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite which is the reason that sparked the war in the first place. The Trojans pulling in the Trojan horse and unknowingly bringing in their doom. This is perfect!

This is so good! The pain omg. The apple scene hit me so hard to just be reminded that such a horrible war full of horrible acts is caused by goddess quarreling over who was the most beautiful.

this made me realise that we need as a community, opposite videos. where all the bad trauma stuff just doesn’t happen and everything’s okay, example: the baby doesn’t die. another example: the polyphemus likes the wined and doesn’t kill everyone.

ABSOLUTE BANGER OF AN ANIMATIC!! Firstly, I love the use of the baby’s mother and how she’s trying to protect him so hard. Quite heartbreaking. What I haven’t seen in any Just a Man animatic yet are the godly brothers with the lyrics you’ve put to them, and it works!! So well!! I don’t know if you know this, but you’re absolutely incredible. Like I have no words to describe how amazing and breathtaking this animation is. I think my favorite part was the course where you showed off all of the gods and the reason that they were in that mess in the first place with the golden apple. You are so skilled and if anyone says different they are lying not only to you but to themselves.
