Lol when you "hit your head on the tree" at 18:03 it was actually supposed to happen, that's what the whole map was building up to. It makes you have to redo it before it removes the barrier. Go in 0.5x speed to see that he actually didn't hit anything :)

I always see that this man is doing parkour so here’s some tips: - When making a straight jump, jump from the furthest point of the block you’re standing on while putting your cross hair on a y-axis on the closest point on the block you’re jumping too and don’t move your cross hair. - Enable and get used to toggle sprint, it’ll put you into your sprinting mode as soon as possible and will just help you as you won’t have to double tap W or hit another key This last one isn’t necessary but some people use it to get the closest they can to an edge of a block. - if you press F3 + B, it enables player hit boxes including your own. If you then go into third person you can time your jumps with your hitbox and the block.
