Just a quick chat!

Hi, friends! I am trying out some new live streaming software that will let me go live on KZbin, Instagram, and Facebook all at once! Thought I would hope on and test it out and see how it goes. I am also announcing my live with Jason Archer, the author of Wig Life: The Ultimate Guide to Fine Lace Wigs this coming Saturday, 2/10/24 at 2pm Eastern, 1pm Central time. Gosh - I haven't been here for a while - your weight loss is impressive. I also modified my Ignite wig. The front was overwhelming for the length of my face (tip - check all your measurements before ordering). I purchased a cheap Amazon wig on which to practice modifying wefts - it was actually much easier than I'd anticipated. If you're handy with a needle and thread it will be a breeze.

You're right there - one has to be careful losing too much after 70 as it all seems to go off the face and the skin doesn't spring back into place like it used to!

Chill! You did it lol. I am 109 pounds doing carnivore now for 4 months coming from keto and no carbs atkinds before that. Carbs make me feel sick. I learned through carnivore which is totalneliminationdiet .slowly starting some foods but I’m not sure I feel anxiety already! Still only 16 carbs but it’s dairy?
