🍅 Tomato Marinade / 500ml / Easy / 10 min.
[Ingredients] 45 cherry tomatoes (450g), a half of an onion
[Ingredients for dressing] 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oligo syrup, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, some parsley powder, some pepper, some salt
1. Blanch the cherry tomatoes in the boiling water for 1~2 minutes. Then, after cooling them down in the ice water, have them peeled off.
2. Chop the onion into tiny pieces. Mix the chopped onion and dressing ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour the tomato and dressing in a sterilized jar. After shaking it slightly, store it in the fridge.
(tip. It tastes great when you have it cold after resting it in the fridge for a day.
