Just an Idiot fixing her (super beetle) Baja Bug 👀🤷‍♀️

The Dust Buggy has been demanding lately, (typical vw super beetle Baja bug behavior), what better way to show her the love than by this VW girl fixing her up with new seat covers and harnesses! Boy I sure hope nothing inconvenient happens after pouring hours of time and hundreds of dollars into improving her... 🙄🙃
Well, one thing is for certain, she is definitely a Volkswagen. And probably closely related to Herbie as well, by the way she acts 🤔😂

Just found your channel. You're a badass!! The great thing about cars is that you can make it how you want it. And if you mess up it's not the end of the world. Just learn from each experience and you will do great. Fyi a bolt generally has much finer threads and in most cases is used in metal. Great job and keep up the content

Nope, you're not an idiot. Yup, it's a learning process. Remember, working on VW bugs is a skill, just like golf or snowboarding. You'll get better with practice. Funny thing is I got those same seat covers from Amazon! lol. They suck. Hahhahaha Super poor quality for sure. I'm thinking about grabbing a few extra blankets the next time I'm in San Felipe and just attempting to make my own high quality Mexican blanket seat covers. haha Can you sew? 🤔

Unfortunately not because they were sewn together, Spencer had to feed them through when he first did it and it was such a pain that we decided not to put the money and energy into new harnesses earlier. It just happened to be something I wanted for a while that I convinced myself I could do 😅
