Except Aaron isn't 16 here. He is playing Gabe who is 17. This is when NTN was off broadway in 2008, which was 5 years ago. Aaron is 29 therefore making him around 24 to 25 in the run of this show.

I believe you're right, but both Aaron Tveit and Kyle Dean Massey who followed him had rather spectacularly developed bodies for 16 year olds! Suspension of disbelief, of course. KDM in particular has very muscular legs which were great to see but a bit beyond belief. But they were both wonderful in the role!
