Just bought 5 skidoo elan and 3 are ss models!!!

The elan SS was available with twin carbs. Congrats on the find. Have fun with them. I have a 294 that the previous owner blew the 294 and replaced with a 399. Less revs, but higher torque. Still fun and will tow a lot, which I like.

You can put a rotax 380 f on there or a tundra 2 motor...

Nice find! the disc break is on the 250ss, it’s an actual disk.

Yes I know it’s actually a drum on the 294ss, the only elan to have the disc brake was the 250ss.

Yes only 73 250ss, but you got an amazing find, especially with the mufflers, those are hard to find and the twin carbs...I think that must be original. If you could tell me the numbers of the twin carbs I would do some research,, should read hrxxxx

Spencer Hall twin carbs are hr137a one shows a 1 and the other a 2 at the end, i got the intake tubes as well that are different from the ones off the tnt 294
