It's not a bug. Pursuit pilot just got depressed from not being able to become tower pet without 5$/month subscription and consumed seven hundred liters of 101% beer and got drunk but he is too professional to actually crush so he just controls helicopter very clumsily in deep drunk depression with unbearable alcohol scent in cabin.
