Not sure if its true, but I’ve heard the reason there is only an achievement for 75% completion and not 100% is because one of the settlements is glitched and you cannot finish it to 100%. Leaving your total game score at a frustrating 99.99% completion.

There are a lot of strange recurring glitches that seems to occurring very differently from system to system. I’ve never heard of the repeating voice line glitch nor the buildings stretching. The spring snake scared citizen glitch is not nearly as strong on my system but still funny. These glitches are very unusual. This one time I had to start a new game on a new account because I couldn’t start any missions nor use the black market. There is other weird shish going on with that save but I can’t be bothered to find them.
