Not sure if its true, but I’ve heard the reason there is only an achievement for 75% completion and not 100% is because one of the settlements is glitched and you cannot finish it to 100%. Leaving your total game score at a frustrating 99.99% completion.

I spent over 135 hours getting to 99.20% game completion. It was not worth it. There are literally zero incentives to get past 75% and the best part is getting 100% is literally impossible without exploits or mods. Very good game, I give 8/10.
