Very nice! Not too big, not too small, elegantly modern, not over the top in any way. I agree that it needs a pantry, though. And I would see about adding a soaking tub to the master bath somehow. As much as I love my showers, a good soak is called for sometimes. And, of course, my biggest pet peeve was avoided: they put the garage doors around the side! All in all, I call this one a winner.

Thank you for sharing! You show the most interesting houses. I can't see a new build at this price point and size being designed for a stackable washer/dryer. Also, there should be more to the master suite. It is really plain.

Cool house Timothy! That's a fun entryway. I would use all of those drawers in the dining area as a pantry and put the overflow in the pantry in the basement. Thanks for another fun tour. 😊😊

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, floating shelves, and the deck on the main level along with the walk out to the patio in the basement area.

40 seconds in and it is so boring plain Jane ugly. Path to inside is Way too long. So ugly from the outside. I did really like the big garage and extra storage it provided. Modern= boring, no charm.

My kitchen floors have a slot over against the wall that is a vacuum, you sweep the crumbs or dust with the broom into the slot that triggers a vacuum I barely use it as I have a robo kitchen vac and mopping system.

I just installed two rooftop outdoor air exchange with uv and ozone and a negative and pos balancer, Incredible, Having fresh air being filtered and balanced for the best clean air through my entire home. My entire home when you first walk in smells so fresh and clean, in the kitchen by the stove I have the power boost unit so I get zero orders of food smells so things like fish don't go throughout my home. I don't use it when im baking pies or deserts or pan cakes as nothing smells better than the smell of bluebery pancakes or fresh fruit pies. But most of my cooking is outside on the grill, from breastfast lunch and dinner. I find very little reason now to cook indoors. I make my protein drinks, smoothies and cheese steak sandwiches in my pantrie and even wash the dishes in their as well as keep all my nutritional supplements herbs and longevity peptides in there. My kitchen looks brand new like its never been used. All my kitchen counters have silver particles in them as they are a natural germicide so my countertops are always safe and disinfected. All my lighting throughout my home is full spectrum natural lighting as well as skylight domes for natural light throughout my home and is excellent in the bathroom to see well. In my basement I use a air water machine that takes water from the air giving me all the best clean filtered pure drinking water and it acts as a dehumidifier. Most of my activities are in the basement as I have a musical keyboard I play with game room arcade and gym with one room strictly for canfoods stored and emergency supplies and healing herbs and medicines. I would like to move to East TN in Townsend or wears valley or marryville either sell my house and build or keep my home for a second home but I'm really uncomfortable leaving my home here vacant and concerned about squatters! My entire home has hidden motion cameras inside and out and alarms which sends me video of live events, I even have one that records who comes down my driveway and I can see who is at my door. I might let a good honest person stay in my home for free just pay the bills and don't destroy anything! No partys! Or animals or smokers and a clean criminal record.

Very beautiful and stylish house. The work of the designers is visible. Modern kitchen, beautiful interior doors. But there are minor drawbacks. They made an integral dishwasher, they also had to make a built-in refrigerator. A gas stove spoils the interior.

Not into Modern home styles. Don't like the exterior look. The cool thing was that cabinet Pantry. Had some cool looking tile on the back splashes. Like that the bathroom vanities all all larger tops and drawers. The 1/2 bath was kinda cool looking. But this home doesn't do anything for me.
