To the young lady questioning Mr. West: If you have a degree and you can't get the attention of an employer, it's not your color that's the problem, it's YOU. Companies never look at a fully qualified, talented applicant and reject them based on their race. Companies hire based on the amount of benefit for the company the applicant brings to the interview. If you're a second or third rate applicant, your race won't help you. Get over it, and work on your skills. And, BTW, if you go in with an "I'm Black and you OWE ME" attitude, don't bother. Nobody wants to deal with you and your entitled attitude. Bring something of value, and you'll be hired. Bring an attitude, and you'll be making fries for the rest of your life.

These people are completely missing the reality of Colin Kaepernick. Colin Kaepernick was about to get cut from the 49rs because he absolutely sucked. Nobody else was going to pick him up because be sucked. He was a 2nd string quarterback at best. He couldn't play the race card in the NFL because most of the players are Black. So he came up with this hate the USA because of the way Blacks were treated by police. He started this kneeling for the flag so that he had something controversial to blame for him being cut other than the fact that he sucked. Many of the other black players jumped in on the new SJW garbage. Many black players saw right through his BS and refused to take part in the nonsense. Colin Kaepernick was Never Deprived. He was NEVER discriminated against because of the color of his skin, nor does he give 2 shits about black males whom he has never met, being mistreated by the cops. This entire movement was based purely on Kaepernick's own selfish reasons because he wasn't good enough to stay in the NFL.
