JUST DROPPED: BOTTEGA VENETA'S NEW SARDINE TOP HANDLE BAG! PRICING, COLORS, SIZING, & DESIGN!

Here's your first look at Bottega Veneta's brand new handbag: the Sardine top handle bag. The Bottega Veneta Sardine bag is a beautiful leather bag has Bottega's signature intrecciato woven detailing throughout, and a gorgeous golden metal sardine-shaped top handle! (Yes you read that right: a fish shaped handle lol!) We'll talk about everything you need to know about this bag: sizes, design, color, cost/pricing, and even do a full comparison of the Sardine bag vs the Jodie bag.
This bag is also one of the first truly brand new handbag styles that Bottega's new Creative Director, Matthieu Blazy has released (since taking over for Daniel Lee who left Bottega back at the end of 2021). This is a fun, whimsical, playful style handbag that isn't exactly the most functional, but it has a gorgeous aesthetic and detailing that I think a lot of luxury lovers will love.
The Bottega Sardine bag currently only comes in one size, and it's very similar to the size of the Teen Jodie bag. (This video also covers a full comparison of the Sardine bag vs the Jodie bag). The Sardine bag also comes in a few different neutral colors, and also some luxurious seasonal shades of red and brown. I was surprised by both the sizing and color choices, so we'll talk about that inthe video. Now unfortunately this bag has a pretty gnarly price tag (and is too expensive, in my opinion, when you compare the bag's styling and functionality to that of the very similar Jodie bag). This bag currently retails for $4,200, so this is a pretty expensive bag. But I'm hoping that in upcoming seasons, they'll come out with new sizes/materials that may be at a more reasonable price point.
