Wallmart is a JOKE, 30 months in the last 48 months was ask for, Company will train a dock worker for CDL put him in a truck but will not hire a driver with 30 years because driver took 1 1/2 year of of driving, 🤦... thanks to Olivia McNeill Senior Recruiting Coordinator.

So if I go work in the store for then go to their cdl school I can drive for them, but if I drove for 40 years and took a 15 month break I dont have enough experience lol I wonder if anybody with common sense explained that to the management.

My wife's nephew worked for a Walmart store and he became a Walmart trucker. When he was going through a divorce Walmart wouldn't give him more than 1 day for the court days, but he still had to drive a rental car 2 states, meet his court days and drive back and was disciplined for not reporting back on time. Then his grandmother passed away and Walmart only allowed him 3 days off.. 1 travel day, 1 day to attend the funeral and 1 day travel back.

I have been Trucking 34 yrs straight...my only problem is tha Advantage wants ur W2s..too much information..the only good thing is No Touch Freight...another thing...Slip Seating..everyone should have their own truck...quit being cheap...each is worth over 24 Billion dollars..

That be some bs. Because if a driver’s trainer in the back sleeping while you’re driving. You’re making all the decisions. They can’t train if they are in the back sleep. Referring to the companies that do the team driving training format.
