Hi everyone! Today I present to you 2 delicious recipes based on grated potatoes.
RECIPE N1
Soft focaccia with grated potatoes and leeks is a perfect solution for lunch, dinner or aperitif. For this recipe you won't have to knead, leaven or even get your hands dirty! In just a few minutes and with a few simple ingredients you can prepare this delicious baked savory pie. Your family will love it! Simple recipe, very tasty and economical. Anyone can do it!
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 1 leek
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml (1 cup) of kefir or yogurt to drink
- 180 g (6 oz) wheat flour
- Cheese
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Chives
- Oil
