Some sensible things. Killing Orin is essential. Astarion deserves true freedom and a better life, so ascending him is the sensible thing to do. Shadowheart's parents failed her really bad. They deserved no better. Helping Ethel is sensible, she is a useful ally and helping her get a coven of her own is the best action. There is no downside to siding with Nere. If you are a Dark Urge, you get the butler whether you like him or not. Becoming a vampire is morally neutral. Same goes for making out with an illithid, it is not wrong, merely unusual.

Drow are my favourite race. My first playthrough was chaotic neutral drow who'd seen too much and had no time for authority. This one was a Mephistopheles tiefling (which makes the grove so much worse)

I'm still in act one but I have a barrel in camp with all 200 corpses from everything I have killed in town complete with every companion (save Atarion who withers is holding onto because I accidentally recruited him first), and killed all the druids, Tiefling, and goblins.
