More importantly, i am more disgusted with the lack of professionalism amongst the owners and business partners that allow this nonsense. Caitlin Clark is an extraordinarily talented, humble, and smart woman who has contributed significantly to a dying league. Instead of appreciating what she brings to the game, Petty Bettys started whining and complaining about what the players before Caitlin didn't get. It is total BS. Cheryl Miller, Sue Bird, Sheryl Swoopes, Dawn Staley, Diana Tauraci, and other WNBA stars did receive the credit they deserved, however it was a different time. They are bitching abour a non- issue. I received a full athletic scholarship to play at college. Now the female student athletes get so much more. I'm not mad. I'm glad. I dont criticize them. I support them for what they are bringing to the program, and i go back to my college alma mater every chance i get to cheer the next group of rising stars on to success. Uhmmm...KZbin seems to be the only place reporting this. First red flag is that she signed a multi year contract to play in the WNBA. Second, most of the WNBA players play overseas during the off season for more money. Several are playing in the Chinese League.

Before I retired I was CEO of an IT company for 35 years. One thing I learned early on... never put a group of woman together who have to work together as a team. There is a strange dynamic that occurs because women are driven by their emotions, which makes them unable to stay focused on the task at hand causing turmoil to ensue. I've sat in meetings watching them be petty, jealous, mean, spiteful, and vindictive. I'm not at all surprised by what happened to Caitlin.

Maybe she’ll come back one day when the refs learn how to call fouls and rescue the league from the thug element. If just one person gets seriously hurt, the league could be held responsible. They were serious and life altering fouls we all saw, largely against CC. So instead of the others upping their game, it became a strategy of just. Maiming and seriously injuring CC!

The WNBA will never go bankrupt as long as the NBA has a 50 percent stake in the league. The 12 WNBA teams collectively own the other 50 percent. This is why the NBA ensures that the WNBA gets TV contracts and product endorsements. The WNBA is nothing but a money losing side hustle for the NBA right now.

The WNBA will continue to exist just like there are professional bowling leagues, dodgeball, bass fishing tournaments, curling and many other sports. If Caitlin Clark comes back to the wnba I hope that the officiating improves because she deserves better in her home country.

Caitlin was getting hammered, and the negativity towards her from some media personalities and the likes of Snopps. Even comparing Angel Resse to her, there was no comparison. A.R. didn't even come close. Now, they are trying to say someone else is coming who is the real deal. Caitlin was the real deal she was a complete player. Why compare her to anyone or someone else to her. Leave players to just play their game. There is no need for comparison of upcoming players to Caitlin Clark.
