Dinner Rolls | 모닝빵
Today's recipe is dinner rolls.
In Korea it's known as the 'morning bread', '모닝빵' (Interesting)
Pretty simple to make but it's quite time consuming so I suggest you make a lot in one go.
It can be used for lots of things
eg) Mini burger bun, Garlic cream cheese bread (강릉 육쪽 마늘빵) etc.
It's especially nice when it's warm :)
Ingredients:
Bread Flour: x20 Tbsp, Milk: x7 Tbsp, Egg: x1, Unsalted Butter: x1 Slice (25g), Salt: x0.5 tsp, Yeast: x1 tsp, Sugar: x3 Tbsp, Strawberry Jam: x?

For the new players you can find the ingredients at: Butter ; in slippery slopes. If you craft a pan and equip it you'll have a 30% chance to run into one. Milk : in Liquid Lakes. Just use the spell "Milk-ifer" to transform a bit of water to milk. Or you can walk for a bit and find the Milk lagoon. Future chickens (eggs) : These are easy. Just go to the farm and wait for a chicken to pop out a future chicken. Strawberry jam : Go to vegetable grove and wait for a strawberry titan to spawn. Kill it then craft it with a glass bottle and boom you have strawberry jam. The rest of the ingredients are obtained in powder paradise. Sugar : Kill enough monsters for a sugar golem to appear. Kill the golem. Flour : Go to the shop and buy it. Salt : Encounter a steak stomper and use the spell "Seasoning steal" to get the salt. Yeast : Kill a bread beast and use the ability "reverser" so you can get the yeast. Happy gamer cooking :)

For anyone that'd like it, here's the full recipe typed out :) Ingredients: - 7tbsp Milk - 1tsp Yeast - 3tbsp Sugar - 1 Egg - 0.5tsp Salt - 20tbsp Flour - 25g Unsalted butter Add 7tbsp milk (room temperature) into an empty bowl; add 1tsp of yeast and 3tbsp of sugar, give it a quick stir. Add 1 egg; mix, cover, and let sit for around 5 minutes. After 5 minutes has passed, remove cover and add 0.5tsp of salt and 20tbsp of flour; mix thoroughly until it forms a dough. Initially it'll be quite sticky, so lightly flour the board/work surface you are using as you knead to prevent sticking. Knead the dough for around 10-15 minutes; once done, add 25g of unsalted butter (roughly 5½tsp)- butter interferers with gluten formation, so do make sure you knead it for around 10-15 minutes before adding it. Keep kneading for another 10 minutes or so, until the butter is completely mixed. Cover and let rise at a warm temperature, (about 30mins should work) until it has doubled in size- you should be able to poke it with your finger and the hole remains. Squeeze and knead gas out of the dough until it stops "farting". Divide the dough into 6 even pieces and roll each piece until they are shaped like a ball; cover and let rise for 1 hour. After they've finished rising, remove cover and re-roll the dough into balls (optional); pre-heat oven to 170℃ (338℉) and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy your dinner rolls!

I just finished making it and they turned out SUPER good. It's pretty cold in my house so I put my bread in the airing cupboard where my boiler is to rise and it worked perfectly! I also used the same technique as in the video to get my rolls into super smooth spheres and they legit look shop bought. 10/10
