Today's menu is Sweet Potato Cheese Cake.
It's relatively simple to make but it takes some time to cook.
If you like Sweet Potato and Cheese Cake... You HAVE to try this.
I think this is the first baking video on my channel ('NOT BREAD' wasn't really a bread so...), Hope you guys liked it :)
Ingredients:
Sweet Potato: x1 (200-250g), Lemon: x1, Orange: x1, Egg: x2, Oreo: x14 (~80g without the cream), Corn Starch: x1 Tbsp, Sugar: x5? Tbsp (70-80g depending on how sweet you like it), Sour Cream: x5 Tbsp, Cream Cheese: x250g, Butter: x45g

just a tip when using sweet potatoes: instead of boiling them you should bake them bc it intensifies their flavor but I mean whatever you prefer :)

Another quick easy way to cook them is to put them in the microwave(7 minutes for the larger ones, I think), wrapped in a wet paper towel

I made this with sweet potatoes and it’s pretty good :) Btw I recommend roasting the sweet potatoes instead! Coz I boiled mine and the SP taste kinda disappeared 😅 So I think roasting it might be better :) But otherwise it’s a nice combo of flavours! Maybe I’ll add cinnamon next time too.
