JUST ME! Ep #1

Tough week, this isn’t how I wanted to deliver the first JUST ME!. But at the same time I wanted to keep it real.
Recovery isn’t always clear cut, it’s up and down, it’s this way and that way. It’s is better than using though, you also always get a prize at the end for as long as your willing to put the effort in. This “prize” can come in many forms. It may be some much sought after growth, a new skill you never thought you’d master or the opportunity to learn the whole thing over again, but from a different perspective. Hope you enjoy.

Dan, you know it's okay if you're not okay. We struggle all our lives, everyone has their own problems and addictions. And yes, the most difficult thing is to be honest with yourself and to be honest with the people who are close to you. And working on yourself is a never-ending story. Be aware that you have already achieved a lot and many beautiful things await you. So keep up the good work and be proud of yourself. I'm proud of you. Keep strong mate ive been trying to stop drinking losing most of my family in a space of 6 months was really hard for me im still drinking but i don't get pissed up like my brother matty life is hard and you have to be strong

Watching this was a little upsetting Dan especially knowing the big hearted soul you are, much love, healing and prayers, being sent your way. Everyday can be a struggle but everyday you will also learn something new about your own resilience and character, keep on picking yourself up when those thoughts try to push you down and fight for the man you are becoming ✨🙏🏽 x
