250 grams of mascarpone cheese
200 grams of cream cheese (Philadelphia)
150 grams of sugar
3 eggs
150 milliliters of whipping cream (milk cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
25 grams of wheat flour (1 and 1/2 tablespoons)
PROCEDURE
Mix the cheeses with the sugar and whipping cream in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth texture.
Add an egg and mix. Do the same with the other two eggs.
Add the vanilla, mix and add the flour.
In a removable mold of about 22 centimeters, place a damp baking paper and pour the entire mixture.
Preheat the oven to 160ºC and bake for 40 minutes.
Raise the temperature to 200ºC for 10 minutes.
The cake is ready when the edges are golden brown and it still shakes when you move it.
Turn off the oven without removing the cake, with the door ajar and leave it there for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take it out and leave it on a rack to cool completely for another 30 minutes.
Store it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before unmolding.
