Pumpkin and pear cream soup 🍲
Ingredients for 2 servings:
Pumpkin 🎃 - 400 g
Onions 🧅 - 1-3 pcs.
Garlic 🧄 - 2 cloves
Pear 🍐 - 1 pc.
Butter - 40 g
Water - 250 ml
Nutmeg - a pinch
Salt and pepper - to taste
Cream and Dorblu cheese for garnish
Preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin into equal-sized cubes and fry with the onions in butter until lightly golden brown.
2. Add the sliced pear and fry everything for another 3 minutes to release the flavors.
3. Pour in the water, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
4. Transfer the mixture to a blender, add a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste and blend everything to a creamy consistency.
5. Serve the soup hot, garnished with cream and Dorblu cheese slices.
