Try Welt, Sampo, Serval and hook, Trust me you'll have the most amazing Dot experience 👍this team doesn't need healer or you can replace hook with Fire MC. Ez all simulated universe difficulty 3 clear. Still working on difficulty 4 but currently need a better gear.

I may still be trailblazer level 21 but i am planning on running this team comp but with Kafka instead of Jingyun (my current team is Welt, March 7th, Natasha and Destruction MC, i have not yet unlocked fire MC and i just got Sampo on the standard banner today, i will swap Sampo in for March when i get fire MC and when i level up Sampo), looks real fun!

​@@LeftyPencil Luka is a strong anti-boss with physical weakness DPS and have 3 builds, DOT Build, Break Build, Boothill Sub-DPS Build. There's not much showcase because he really only shines when both are checked: vs Boss and vs Physical Weakness. DOT Build: 2.8k-3.5k ATK, 50-65% EHR, 134/145/161 SPD, Kafka (must have), Asta/Black Swan DOT Build is the reliable Anti-Boss Kafka Team. Luka DMG is very high vs bosses but not good for AoE, which Black Swan can cover if you have her. This is the build option if you want to be able to use him against non-physical weakness. Break Build: 180-300 Break Effect, 50-65% EHR, 134/145/152/161 SPD Break Build heavily relies on Enemy having Physical Weakness so it's quite restricted on where it can be played. Lots of support options. Ideally, you want Break Supports: HMC/Ruan Mei/Gallagher DEF Shred to increase Break DMG & Break DOT DMG: Pela/Silver Wolf Action Advance: Bronya/Sparkle SPD Supports to reduce Build SPD requirement: Asta/Hanya Break Build with Silver Wolf: Same Break Build but you run Silver Wolf with him to apply physical weakness. Silver Wolf's Defense reduction increases the value of Pela, making Luka's Break DMG extremely high. Break Build with Boothill: Applies Physical Weakness, but no Defense Reduction unlike Silver Wolf. This makes Luka a 2nd Break DPS instead of main DPS as Boothill's Break DMG is just higher. You can play this 2 ways: - Super Break with HMC: Luka is a 2nd DPS with Break Build, dealing Super Break DMG while Triggering Boothill's Physical Break DOT. This gives your 3 Super Break DPS. - Physical DOT DPS: Build very high SPD and ATK to trigger Boothill's Break DOT and his own DOT as often as possible. Ideally with Ruan Mei for faster Break Speed.

Thats good question : Theres 2 Types of DoT Damage The First One is Normal DoT Its Trigerred When You Apply Debuff From Skill For Sampo His Normal DoT Scale From Atk ℅ And Elemental Damage Bonus. And The Second One Is Break DoT Which is Trigerred When You Break The Enemies , Break DoT Scale From Break Effect And Character Lvl. So Its Better To Build With ATK℅ + Wind Damage Bonus ℅ And Some Break Effect (I personally Use 50℅ Break Effect)

@@TapJegi Nah it wouldn't. in the beta with that much break effect you would be doing 90k per break but the fact that on the global launch it's only 25k is quite a nerf. I doubt it's even worth building break effect when only the level and break effect stat affects its damage while crit dmg scales off atk%, dmg%, def down/bonus elemental dmg debuffs, and so on. I would rather just build him on a crit build.

@@Qopa No it actually will get at least tripled when he is levelled from 50 to 70. Well it is true weakness break effect was much more op before the nerfs but it's not THAT worse now. Also DoT Sampo out-damages Crit Sampo by a decent margin

The fact of the matter is, there is a huge diminishing return when you've reached under a certain point of break effect %, I know it scales with level but I'm lv 80 and I can't seem to see how break effect is better than just building raw atk% for more dot (tested it with full turn in forgotten hall and beaten it with less turn taken) for more dmg outside of breaking. Also, break effect is really rng and dependent on who triggers the break.
