Just oatmeal and banana! I eat this every day for breakfast and have lost 10 kg! No flour!
1 cup oatmeal.
1 apple.
200 ml water.
1 egg.

40 grams of cranberries
30-40 minutes over low heat 160 degrees Celsius.
