How do you like the edelrid talons, maybe a comparison to something else you used?
@Talesofafreelanceclimber25 күн бұрын
I don't really anymore... I just bought me some Buckinghams :) I used the talons for a long time, and I only could compare it with distels that I tried from a friend. I didn't like the distels at all! so I though I'm good with the talons. But then I tried the Buckinghams a few times and they really rock!! Main difference I noticed is that the talons are only good when they are tight and firm. But with every movement in your foot or leg, the spurs also move a bit and thus wiggle themselves a bit loose. In the Buckinghams your foot is quite flexible in the spurs, so you have much more range of movement while the spurs stay firmly in the wood. I don't know if this is actually so, but it was how I experienced it.. Talons were good until I found better :)

@@infbajuk Yes it was a big grab in the wallet... But after testing them a few times from friends it was a no brainer for me :p But I do like the tallons way better than the distels. And take your time to adjust them right...
