I know exactly how rabbit feels. I suffered with horrific migraines. Almost daily were abooped 12 to 15 years. Went to different places went to Philadelphia. There's an amazing headache center at Jefferson University hospital in. They helped some a lot of it is diet stress. Could be like visual issue like ice strains so like I don't know if you have it if you's with his eyes or words, glasses or whatever. But that's definitely helped me want to keep up on. But I can tell you that like chocolate. Processed foods are cheese. Wine are some of the big ones. I've heard good things about that. New thing that goes around here are nariva. I think it's called for a couple of people that I know that you have treatment trying it. It has helped. There's also I don't know if he's see the neurologist. But there are also preventive meditations that you can take daily to help kind of word them off. I don't know how frequently he has them. But there are different things like one of them like some of the seizure medications that they use, they know. I might have tried. Actually, there's a couple anti psychotic drugs that help. Keep them at Bay. Topamax is what I was on and it did work well for me. Unfortunately, I also have a history of kidney stones. They don't recommend that you take that because it can make them have a flare up. So Also rubbing peppermint oil cause. I know that you said that you have a lot of the essential oils peppermint oil on your temples. And under your nose a little bit will also help. And I don't know if he knows like when he's about to get one if he has any leg visual. Signs you don't like floaters or flashes of light or anything like that, but I also know found for myself that sometimes I did have that, sometimes I didn't unfortunately, mind kind of moreorales went away knock on wood but I had a history to me, so I love obviously he. Can't do that LO. L. But I don't know how absolutely debilitating they can be. I used to be in bed for days literally they were horrific. So I good neurologist. Massage therapy has also helped me. In the past, meditation hasome people. Say dark chocolate. It's good to keep them away. Other people say caffeine is good to people say caffeine is not good. And when you buy accept your migraine. It's got caffeine in it so I don't know though. Yeah, yeah, so I definitely feel for him and I don't know if any of these tips for tricks will help him or if you're at the point where he's tried everything and just. That's too late. Deal with it or whatever. But they are definitely not fun at all.!!! OK now back to the baking part. I know that I'm just talking about a kind of vanilla paste and I didn't think about it well. Of course, I didn't know that you were at upcut when you were, but when my husband and I were in a honeymoon we were in Florida and we went to epcot we ate in Madagascar but I also bought some of their vanilla from Madagascar 100% like Madagascar in vanilla liquid. Extract, oh my goodness, talk about potent and super flavourful.Wow, amazing.What's a little pricey but it was awesome!!!

It's OK, the snow will go away, hopefully. Eventually, I don't know mother nature's having major mental health issues.
