Under the hot sun, ripening tomato season is here! Prices are improving, and if you buy it from a mart and age it at room temperature, it makes your tomato taste even better. It's a simple recipe to make with just tomatoes and onions. Keep an eye out for my health during this hot season with tomatoes that you can change into healthy tastes.
[Ingredients] 12 tomatoes, 2 onions (medium size)
1. Dig out the top of the washed tomatoes and put them all in the steamer.
2. Trim two onions and put them in a steamer.
3. When the water in the pot boils, steam it over medium heat for 10 minutes and on low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Steam tomatoes are chilled in tray.
5. Put the cooled tomatoes and onions in a blender, grind them, and refrigerate them in an airtight container.
