36:25 Worth a mention when equipping your various rooms, the game will give you a long list of items you "need" (those highlighted with a pale yellow background) but you only need one of those items (per type) to tick the box. So for example, there are three pc's listed but you only need to place one of those three, there are two printers and a card file listed but you only need to place one of those three, there are two sinks and a disinfectant dispenser listed but you only need to place one of those three etc. etc.

If you ever find yourself waiting around for money to generate you could always decide to treat some more patients by yourself and see how good Dr Penge really is! No way. I have Raynaud's. I didn't see that coming. It is a very rare genetic condition that only occurs under certain and specific conditions in the pre-teen years. You could be a carrier of the gene and not even know it unless something was to happen causing it to activate. There are two kinds of Raynaud's though. One being that it is just Raynaud's and the other one being a secondary indicator of something much worse. In short, it could indicate that you have cancer or something else that is lethal. I was surprised at how accurate the game described the kind of pain in the neck it is. Also, the medication recommended was pretty accurate. In short, it is a blood thinner. However, it isn't recommended to be given to children because they could become to reliant upon it to function. It is only recommended to be given to adults who are able to deal with it much better than a child could. Also, I wish the doctors could have identified it much earlier in my life. Would have saved me a lot of heart ache. It took a couple years for the doctors to actually figure out what was up with me. The local hospital has only seen five people with what I've got for as long as any of the staff could remember.

As a hospital veteran I can say that you need to sign some papers. Papers that consistently needed for insurance forms and papers that said if you are going to die during the process you will stay dead and won’t cause any legal bullshit. I can say, that cabinet at the reception is a must.

Hi there. Don't know how much you are monitoring your Comments for this well organized Playlist, but wanted to thank you for what looks like a very promising series. Really helps to know you are using the most up to date version with not so many teething problems. Particularly appreciate your efforts to deliver this in a high resolution that's not so hard on the eyes to see exactly what you are doing. The minimum you can do a doctors office with all the required equipment is 4x4. I do it all the time, sometimes I cram a lot of things together and it is still accessible.

Hospitals in the UK are very strange 😉 The queueing machines are not in reception, the doctors with their back to the patients, there's a window on the exam room so that people can look in... I guess it's avant-garde 😁😉

The game is based on USA hospitals I believe! I'm not quite sure why the reception and the waiting area have to be different, I think in the UK they're generally the same thing. But the window on the doors is quite common here in the UK I think!

Here the queueing area is in reception, you take the ticket and wait for the receptionist to call you, then you go into triage, they give you a priority armband that can be green, yellow, orange or red, you go into the waiting room and wait for your ticket number to be called (orange armbands are called first, reds go straight into the OR) The doctors always sit facing the patient, their desks face towards the centre of the room. And absolutely NO window on the door!

My local hospital in Boston (UK) has a reception with a touch screen check in then they send you to main waiting room which is not at reception. From there you get called to the dept you are attending when they are ready for you and they make you sit in that dept's wating area until you are called. It's the NHS, 3 hours of wating for a 10 minute appointment.

I think you can get away with smaller, more localized waiting areas. If you only have offices for two doctors, you don't need nearly so much space devoted to patients at this point in the budget.

As an aussie I find the usage of ticket machines quite odd if I must say, when going to the hospital or doctors clinic here the receptionists or nurses will assign you based on priority and that's really it :P

The only proper standard by which to judge a hospitals waiting room is the presence or absence of a proper tea kettle. A hospital is just a clinic if it doesn't have the capacity for a proper cup of tea.
