I spend ridiculous amounts of time on this game. Something about building and managing is so good to destress and relax. Im absolutely horrid at this game and go broke, but man, is it an addictive game! I love Doctor Mode!!

OMG I totally agree, I don't think I could count the number of times this exact hospital has fallen into debt spirals on both hands... TBH, there is some save scumming involved hahaha but to the tune of like - I run the game for 10 DAYS until I'm like "yup, this won't work" then I go back to the drawing board hah.

@@SolidContent Theres a ton of trial and error and im SLOWLY getting the hang of it. Have a successful hospital in my current save so I have that going for me! Also, I never use the auto saves to double back xD

Yesssss, it took me until episode 2 to learn that. OOPS. And yeah, I've heard ICU's are gonna be hard. Any Project Hospital creators I should watch for tips? OR do you think I should just go right into it BLIND.

@@SolidContent I think you'll do okay blind, just keep in mind that ICU and high dependence units are extremely costly, and ICU ones are precious commodities shared between departments. This has changed significantly since I originally played, however, but you should be okay. Just know that you'll want to scale up your ICU as you add more inpatient departments. Side note: I love the authenticity of this game and the depth and breadth of things. The tests and problems are as real as they can make it. I had a syndrome which impacts 1 in 100,000 people, and the game actually supports it as a Neuro Diagnosis! (guillain barre syndrome). Of course, the patients aren't paralyzed but nothing is quite perfect. Just a brilliantly made and as authentic as they can make it type of game. I really need to revisit it. Keep making content. Happily subscribed.

This is the first video I've seen on your channel, the game popped up on Steam yesterday and thought I'd look into it. Looks to be a good game even though it's a few years old and it's not being developed any more, a shame. I'll probably invest in the game (and maybe DLCs). yesss! I hope you love the game! While it's maybe not being developed further, I would definitely call it finished. There is a full gameplay experience to be had here, and if you like the hospital tycoon style, as well as the art style, then you are going to have a BLAST. Really a strong strong game. Plus check out all the workshop stuff, some really great mods and furniture pieces to be downloaded !

I've finally gotten around to this one! Honestly, there's so many fun videos to see that it can be hard to catch up. I've never heard of this game before, but when I saw the graphics, I knew it would be fun. It's such a cute design aesthetic! I also really like how clean and smooth everything looks. (And hopefully the janitor will keep it that way.) And it's so nice that the game also offers those prefabricated portions in case someone is more interested in the management than the designing factor. Also: that poor guy at the end. He's just sitting the office waiting until he can go. XD I'll be catching up on the rest of the series (and who knows? maybe I'll look into getting this one myself). Thanks so much, and yep I watched all the way to the end. :)

isometric just means that all lines in the same direction are parallel to each other. If a view is isometric it doesnt mean that you cannot rotate the view. FYI

Plus you get a few bad random events, and your hospital can just be TEETERING on a knifes edge... haha fun game
