You shouldn't apologize, Pete. Your videos document your life on the farm, and that includes a wide variety of tasks. IMO, that's part of the appeal. Have a wonderful weekend! Good luck at the Farmers Market tomorrow.

I grew up on a farm and looking back so happy i did. Pete you and your wife make great videos of what you do and share, that is a plus for sure. It is nice to see what you do and enjoy doing. Thanks.

Pete is spewing knowledge for future generations. He does it because he loves it. If you have seen enough of their videos, you can see the passion. Hillary, even though she isn't in every video, she probably keeps Pete grounded. Their children just add to it. Here is to them reaping the rewards from all the hard work. I've been paceing around for day or two now waiting for this video!. can't wait to watch them no matter what the subject. I don't think like a lot of other people commenting here, that you need to apologize. You do a variety of chores and repairs on any farm, and that's part of farm life. Some repairs are just needed to keep running to get the job and task at hand done. and some are complete restorations for long life and longevity of the tractor or equipment. its called in some aspects. "Preventive Maintenance" old military term but oh so true. One of the things I like is your attitude towards the animals. foul. stock you have. you treat them well take good care of them. and then do what is needed to keep your farm productive and profitable to sustain your livelihood.. And you do it well. thanks so much for what you do and for sharing. ECF.

I lived on a small farm way back in the late 1940s. My Dad was a little too old to be drafted during WWII. He had been in the construction business and joined the SeeBees and worked fortifying the Panama Canal. When the war ended we moved to a small farm. We raised chickens, a few beef calf’s and had a big garden. We had a milk cow and my Mom made butter. I was just a little kid, but it was a wonderful experience that has served me well in life!

As a farmer of a bit bigger persuasion but no where near huge I really enjoy you’re discussions on the business side of your farm. My wife and I both work off farm but we own my families fifth generation farm that I grew up on as a dairy farm. We sold the dairy about 10 years ago and now have red angus cows because I like the color and enjoy the breed. I’m always hoping you will talk a little more in depth about your pastures and what you planted as far as grasses and what you will do once some of them need to be rejuvenated. I am an agronomist by trade so corn beans and alfalfa are my main crops but pasture is a growing segment as more guy get out of dairy and buy a small beef herd like we have. I like you trying new grazing techniques and seeing what works, we are growing the acres under pasture and I am reading and listening to anybody who has some good information. Keep up the good work.

I enjoy your restoration videos. I am 75 and struggling with post polio in the left shoulderand upper arm and Dr.s think I may have early stages of Parkinson's. But, I am not complaining. I got to restore a tractor like I grew up on in the 50's and 60's. It is a n Oliver 550 diesel restored in 2005-2007. I had many memories as my dad and I did all of our repair work and I knew the machine from radiator to draw bar. I recalled many clutch replacements, pto adjustments ect. We did custom silage harvest for dairy farmers that have now vanished. That tyoe of work is like slave laboe on tractor engines and ptos. Life has been good for me dad has been gone since 2005 just befor he died in March he suggested that I buy an Oliver like we had, restore it and take him to see it. He was 87 and health not good. When he died I could not get that suggestion out of my head so now I have a restored completely 1967 Oliver 550 via my father's suggestion. I won't sell it . It belongs to my suns and grandsons after I am gone.

I own a 1977, IH 1086 that my now ex-girlfriend and I restored. It was a complete frame up restoration that ended with a museum quality tractor. However, the restoration process nearly broke us (emotionally) as it was a lot more than we expected. So, I like watching your restoration videos (along with Squatch 253's as I also own a couple of restored Caterpillar crawlers) as I learn ALOT from watching each one. The girlfriend is long gone, but who knows, maybe I'll get around to doing another restoration myself one day. In the meantime, I can live vicariously through your videos.
