I lived there in the 88-89,90-91. It is quite hilly, so hopefully you will find some good hill training there.

Enjoy the first 20 mile, the last 6.2 can be a killer. The wind in Blackpool can be challenging.

Roll it and there are stretches you can do too! Perhaps look at seeing a physio too. All the best 💪🏻

Of course you can! 21 is already an excellent time. Just remember that practice takes time, and by that you should increase your mileage gently and do at least one intervall session per week. KEEP YOUR EASY RUNS EASY! If you start of increasing your mileage or tempo too fast you might get injured. Best of luck on your goal mate!

@@Samuel23581 intervall means that you vary in tempos during a session. An example of an interval is 15 minutes warmup, then 1km at 5km goal pace, cool down for 3 minutes and repeat 5 times.
