BRO that’s lowkey insane in 10 weeks good shit
@saljablo27677 ай бұрын
10 weeks for an elite athlete already in top 1% shape isn’t insane. For a high level athlete that’s already “in shape”, it takes about 1-3 weeks to get back into form.

7th. No spoilers prediction for me will be 14:50 for a 5k. Edit: Let's goooo, sub 15 man! Maybe you can see about maybe completing the 13:59 project?! I would love to see that. It also inspired me to go for the 17:59 project for the 5k as I'm going for in this season. It's my last high school XC season so I would LOVE to have a 5k time with a 17 in front of it! Let's goo Spence!
@paxundpeace99707 ай бұрын
To go from 14:50 down to 14:20 is probably easier then getting from 14:20 further to sub 14:10. At some point it is getting extremly difficult
@Bweyg7 ай бұрын
@@paxundpeace9970 I don't know about that, maybe going from 14:20 to 13:59 or faster is harder, but not 10 seconds, espesically when the world record is 12:35. In a 5k, 10 seconds is a pretty good amount to improve on, without it being too difficult unless it's in the 13 minute range, then 10 seconds is a pretty big deal. Now going from a 4:50 to sub 4:20 mile is easier than 4:20 to sub 4:10 in a mile, that's more accurate.
