It’s not the same to see the little person who has your eyes, same customs and little habits, seeing someone who is literally half of you, that bond is just so biologically engraved within them, I am not saying the others are any less of his kids, I even stated his little brother is also part of that family, but the bond is unique and it’s worthy to be mentioned because it costed Em his whole being to become the dad Hailie now loves so much

I did it for my sisters wedding. I was the MOH, all three of my kids were in the wedding and I knew I’d be stressed. I paid two babysitters to help with five kids total and it was PERFECT. I could think more clearly and not stress about who was where. The kids had the best time. They weren’t sequestered by any means, they broke it down on the dance floor FOR SURE, but they were controlled and looked after well.

I really like the idea you had of saying your vows in private. I think it is a splendid idea, not only; as you mentioned, does it releive the stress that could happen during the wedding, but you get to say what you would say not only from the vows you wrote, but also what is natural to the setting. I think it was a good idea to not kids to the wedding other than the ones that were participating in the wedding. I think this relieves much of the stress from the people who attend the wedding. I did see some pictures of the wedding, and I thought the setting and the flowers were wonderful; and the dress was perfect. The suits looked fitting and handsome. Congratulations.

Hi Hailie, My friend's 7th anniversary is coming up next week, she had her venue in a small rural area, but it was a great venue. It unfortunately rained the entire time we were there. It is said that rain at a wedding is good luck. This was proven true as she was unable to have children for some time. She finally had a boy over a year ago and he is a healthy and happy baby. Thanks for sharing ! My friend is getting married and they are things in their vows that they wanna share with each other, but not with everyone. I think pre-recording and then just cutting out the parts is would be a good idea, I'll share your episode with her, I think You had really good ideas :)
