I live in NSW (new south wales - its a state in Australia if u guys didnt know ) and it was rlly funny when we went to canberra for school in yr 6 and we saw some kangaroos and everyone was like OMG its a Kangaroo. so yeah :) ive only seen kangaroos in the wild once

Oklahoma/Texas has Red dirt. Especially where I live (Oklahoma) has a lot. Basically it's annoying, bad for planting, and stains easily, but I love it lol. It's just dirt with high clay levels. I have never seen red/orange sand though.

Honestly I suck so much at explaining but it's just like a cliche? Like an association to a specific person. For example Australia is seen as kangaroos, koalas, g'day mate. It sometimes is also racist, and a lot of the time either isn't true or is very exaggerated
