Other things i learned at 40: What ever you were gonna do in your life time, its happened by 40. The opportunities are far less, the doors have closed, the careers don't want you. Whatever foundation you layed is all you'll have to work with.

Calm down over there. I am 40. You know what happens at 40? Any small amount of money you accumulated starts compounding like crazy. Yes my skin is a little dryer and my knees crack even though I'm still young, but there are positives - like having some security, money, owning some stuff

Equity grows quickly and so does compounding interest. My best advice is to save money so you have choices later. Buy a house and pay it off and then just start loading the accounts. Hike in the forest, get animals, don’t wait for the perfect time to have kids, there is no perfect time! Just do it. Just live!

At 45 I disagree... (although mostly you may be correct) Met a Doctor 10 years ago who was a Postman in Canada until he turned 44...Best Doctor I ever knew Um... there's a Billion stories out there my friend, from all ages.... Find yours, laugh, cry and Run with it xxx
