Not only are these guys super talented, they also have a wicked sense of humor. Check out their videos for the "Butts Medley", "Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget" and "Full of Cheer" a great Christmas song. Those last two are originals by Tim Foust, the deep base. If you see him in concert, he has great comic timing.

Fantastic reaction! We Home Fries LOVE to watch new reactors react to Home Free! They are all "solo artist" material, but together they are incredible! No egos here & they give the lead to the member who best fits each song! You'll never find another group like this! They take their performances seriously but they don't take themselves seriously! If you want to see them perform "on a road", I suggest "Take Me Home Country Road"! 😊

Didn't they just crush this?! Rob sang the crispy crackers out of this. There isn't anything about this I don't like. Adam did his usual perfect percussion for this song. His musical sense for what's needed in any song is always on point. The harmonies, the solos, and the bass were stellar as is usual for Home Free.

Blue-eyed soul is in good hands with The Beard.... Rob really cut loose with this one. He was always good, but he really let it all out in this song and never looked back. He just got so much better after this, and I didn't think that was possible. Oh, and just an FYI. Home Free doesn't do covers. They do upgrades.

These guys do an amazing job of this song! They can do any genre including R&B. Rob's voice has so much feeling & soul in it. When Home Free was on the NBC show the Sing Off (they won in 2013) Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men was a judge and he loved them. I think they wanted to do right by him. Rob (lead here) killed it. Tim, the bass, has a 5 octave range so he can sing super low and sing up with the tenors. His speaking voice is low. They are all talented singers and all take the lead depending on the song. The beatboxer, Adam, is amazing. Try Helplessly Hoping, Brothers in Arms, In the Blood to hear more amazing harmonies. Good reaction Sendit.

Yes, Tim has a deep speaking voice. To get an idea of his range you may want to watch his video from his solo Doo Wop album, Tim Foust "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay" No, no one in the group is related. Adam Rupp's (beatboxer) brother, Chris Rupp left the group in 2016 to begin a solo career and was replaced by Adam Chance "Chance." Adam and Chris are the co-founders of the group (2000). There's a 5-part video history of the group with the 6th video is in the works. Adam Rupp (MN), Rob Lundquist (MN), Austin Brown (GA), Adam Chance "Chance" (FL/AL) and Tim Foust (TX).

New Subscriber! I love subscribing to reactors that are temporarily speechless due to their incredible talent. They have so many different songs and videos, you really can't go wrong but I'd like to recommend two of their originals, Timeless and Catch Me if You Can. Two covers that don't get enough coverage, in my opinion, is their mash-up Woman-Amen/Female and their cover of Andy Grammar's Spaceship - which features Rob (big guy with the awesome beard and glasses) and his family. Looking forward to watching you take your Home Free journey! Home Free has very loyal fans, you'll get more subscribers and full views, especially since you're really good at showing an honest reaction.

New Subscriber here because of watching your reactions to Home Free. There's 4 lead singers and possibly the best Beat Boxer in the world in this group. So far you've seen predominantly Austin and Rob taking the lead. The range of songs and Genre's that they tackle is almost as broad as the ranges they have in their voices. I'd suggest 'Butts Medley' for their more light hearted side, Elvira (With the Original artists, The Oak Ridge Boys) just because it's such fun and 'Brothers in Arms' which is a Dire Straits cover and showcases the Bass and Baritone of Tim and Chance.

Your twin’s name is Rob Lundquist. The Super Bass is Tim Foust. Austin Brown is the guy singing the higher parts with Rob. Adam Chance, aka “Chance” is the one you said looked uncomfortable in the “Man of Constant Sorrows” video. He has a beautiful Baritone to Bass range. He takes over on Bass whenever Tim is singing a Lead part. And Last, but certainly not least, is the beat boxer, “Freak of Nature”, Adam Rupp. He and his brother Chris Rupp are the original founders of the group. Chris left amicably, to pursue a solo career. He was instrumental in getting Chance to fill his position in the group. Tim, Austin and Chance all have individual music channels, oftentimes doing collaborations with other artists. They all have so much going on, I would have to write a book to be able to recommend what NEEDS to be listened to next. May I suggest one of their originals, written by Tim, “Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget”. Very funny, shows their silly side

Yes Chris left amicably but was not involved in picking a replacement. I can recommend an interview Chris Rupp did with reactor QoFy last August. Chris is very candid in it explaining why he left HF and that he actually was not involved in the recruitment of Chance. The pertinent info is at the 33 minute mark of the interview. A very interesting interview.

I love watching new people discovering Home Free. Just to tell you every member of this group is amazing in their own right. Adam Rupp.... the beat boxer can sing just as well as the others. Tim Foust ...the bass has a 5 or 6 octave range and his high falsetto is as clear as his bass notes. Austin Brown has the most angelic tenor and yes he does look like the guy from Florida/ Georgia line. Rob Linquist.... big Rob, will take you to church.Adam Chance the baritone can hit notes nearly as low as Tim and his solo work is amazing too. There is not a song you can react to that their talent doesn't shine through. Looking forward to more reactions and you becoming a home fry!!!

I'll give you something to listen for. I'm partially deaf so I not only listen carefully but I watch closely. When the music stops but singing continues, listen for a change in the harmonies because that Adam (the beat boxer) has started harmonizing with them. Look to see if he's stopped moving. 99% of the time he doesn't move when he's singing.

Their One Man Band is also phenomenal. Amen Bro, HF has saved the brand. They have revived the old classics, made them ring again and have so many originals that are all amazing. You want a great combo, try Elvira with the Oak Ridge Boys, Ring of Fire with Avi Caplan from Pentatonix or God Bless the USA with Lee Greenwood (he'd been saying for years he wished he could go off riffing and finally was able to in this). Don McLean asked HF to do a 50 year anniversary for American Pie with him and it is excellent! You are in for a world of good listening.

Home Free is from Minnesota and won The Sing Off in 2013, the year after Pentatonix won. They had a different Baritone, Chris Rupp, until 2016 when, Adam Chance replaced him as baritone/bass. So earlier videos before mid 2016 will show a Chris and later ones Adam Chance. The only original member left is, Adam Rupp, the world renowned beatboxer extraordinaire. The guys did a video of Working For A Living, that features Adam Chance on Lead, and Adam doing a mean vocalmonica! The deep bass is Tim Foust, however he has a 5+ Octave range so he can sing as high as Austin Brown (the guy who you thought looked like Tim's brother). Rob Lundquist is the main lead Tenor in this song and the next longest member of the group. They all can beatbox, there are 5 tenors, 2 basses, and unsurpassed talent in this group. They released a new video every 2 weeks during covid shutdown and kept us Home Fries sane. They recorded the video in or near home and they were put together by their 6th member, producer Darren Rust. Welcome to the rabbit hole and enjoy the fun.

Great reaction! Home Free has many great songs out there for your listening pleasure. Helplessly Hoping (CSN cover is dynamite). While you are at it, you NEED to check out Angelina Jordan. She is currently only 16, but has covers up from age 7. Totally mind blowing talent. The word prodigy comes to mind.

You need to listen to their covers of "Listen to the Music" and "When a man loves a woman" and "Love Train".

So let me introduce the current members of Home Free, the guy who you're probably related to, his name is Rob Lundquist, he's a high Tenor with a very light timber, you guys might be brothers from another mother, cuz when Rob talks, he sounds slightly like how you sound when you talk. Next up is the guy with the Long Hair on the right side of the screen, Austin Brown. Austin is also a high Tenor, but his voice isn't as delicately light as Rob's, but he can go really high. Next up is the guy with the long hair on the far left side of the screen, Tim Foust. Tim is the bass of the group and he has a 5 Octave Vocal Range, he can easily go so low that you typically can't really hear him and he be wrecking sound systems with his deep notes, what's more surprising is that even though he can go so low, he can also sing in a Tenor's range better than some Tenors. Next is the Beatboxer, Adam Rupp. Adam is easily considered as one of, if not THEE best beatboxer out here, he can make an array of sounds from Drums that sounds more like a drum than a drum to Harmonicas that legit sounds better than a real harmonica, he can also sing too. Last but not least, we have, Adam Chance. Adam C, is the Baritone of the group, he has a 4 Octave Vocal Range and whenever he isn't doing a solo part he's the one that usually be producing the background sounds, besides Tim's Deep hums, not only that but whenever Tim has a solo part, Adam takes over the role of Bass and he's good at it.

You're sliding very fast now down the Home Free rabbit hole. This song and Man of Constant Sorrow are fairly serious. For a look at their humorous and comedic side, I'd suggest 'The Butts Medley', 'All About That Bass', or 'Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget' (this one has a cameo by Avi Kaplan, formerly of Pentatonix). Also, like Shauna Dixon said, us Home Fries will get you there if you keep reacting to Home Free!!

New sub here welcome to the world of homefree , to know the guys, bearded guy Rob,beatboxer Adam ruppert, deep bass Tim,high tenor Austin, guy with beard back row Adam chance ,everyone calls him Chance, so as you delve into early videos you see a guy with a cowboy hat ,Chris Rupp, brother of Adams who founded the group,he left to pursue a solo career but has collaborated with them, you might have an occupational problem with their early stuff because Sony were in charge but all their new stuff absolutely no problems, they love reactors ,and often leave personal messages in comments, you might want sometimes to watch the end of the video as they speak to viewers, also Peter Hollens a must react especially when he features with homefree and with Tim, enjoy the journey ,it will be mouth watering, ps do not reactors to homefree cover of mayday until your well into homefree, trust me,it will be worth it,anyhoo shout out from Ireland

If you want to see Tim (deep base singer with 5 octive range) show him is base mode check out their Brothers in Arms. I think it is their best recording.
