It's not his privacy. The reports supposed to match the recordings and it doesn't.. that's why they giving it up.

The DOJ refuses to honor the Congressional subpoena for the recordings saying that they are covered by executive privilege and that they have already provided a transcript. If the transcript they provided is accurate and complete then why not provide the recordings too? The DOJ is also confusing the issue in the public arena by saying that their refusal to provide the recordings is not a crime. The crime here is a contempt of congress charge, which is based on their refusal to honor a congressional subpoena. I’m not a lawyer but I know enough to understand that you cannot just ignore a subpoena without facing consequences. The way to get out of a subpoena is to go in front of a judge and make a motion to have the subpoena quashed. If the DOJ issued me a subpoena and I just said, “Nah, I’m not doing that.” then they would come down on me like a ton of bricks, and rightly so. As the highest prosecutor n the nation, the Attorney General MUST be above reproach and MUST follow the law, or the law is worthless.

For me, as a 68 year old woman from Georgia, I remember the race struggles from the 60s and 70s. Our nation and so many thousands of people fought hard to re- instill equality of the law to all races. As the decades have moved on our nation and people have maded remarkable progress. However, there are plenty of gaps left to correct. Does anyone else find it heartbreaking to see the destruction of our justice system under Biden rule? More and more African American young males are being ruthlessly murdered without any justices. Hundreds of our valuable adult black males are imprisoned due to the lack of jobs being available. The fear and cry of racism is rampant as once again our society struggles to find peace, justice, and equality within this ruthless government controlled nation. When will the citizens of America finally see the truth? Our nation will never find peace or justice for all when our leaders are not leading with fairness and equality under the law. Either our laws are for everyone or for no one, but we can not have them both. What is good and fair for the average citizen must be fair and even for all government employees. Otherwise, there is no such thing as an ideology , all for one and one for all. As Americans, we either enforce justice evenly amoungst all citizens regardless of the standard or we fall. I choose equality for all. Biden will never instill true justice. I hope soon we all can see that this nation is our home, and as such, we demand what has always been ours, freedom justice under the law no matter who you are. Bless this nation.
