The first thing why would the plantif allowed her to duck tape anything to her dashboard. She would have done better paying the toll.

The defendant said to put the device away so that it is not stolen, had no idea that the tape would stick in the sun. I did not like that the defendant said that she invited me to give me a ride, I did not ask her. This shows such a bad character and tries to deny any responsibility. I think that the defendant should had paid something.

Wrong because the Plaintiff allowed the defendant to use the duct tape on the dash, she did not think the sun would do anything. And it was like that in the plaintiff's car for a week in the sun. She damaged her own dashboard. Not the defendant.

"Ignorance of the law"... okay, but not knowing the effects of Duck tape isn't the law... 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I don't see how that saying applies here... 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

“Duck” tape 🤣 🤣 🤣 Apparently ignorance of spelling doesn’t apply here either 😉 🤣 Listen to what she says after, she is implying that just as ignorance of the law is no excuse, ignorance of common sense isn’t an excuse either

@@redapol5678 Ignorance of spelling??? It is in fact DUCK TAPE... It's a brand... Carry on...
@redapol56788 ай бұрын
@@mymonkey10 the product is called “duct tape”. There may be a specific brand spelled as “Duck” as you say, I wouldn’t know. I just know the correct spelling of the tape 😉
@mymonkey108 ай бұрын
@@redapol5678 Well, if you don't know about the brand, DUCK TAPE, please don't tell me that I've misspelled it... 😊
@redapol56788 ай бұрын
@@mymonkey10 I can tell you that you misspelled “Tape” in that case since both words would need to be capitalised for a brand name 😉 The main point was about “ignorance of common sense” though. So glad you’ve learned to focus on the important part since the video 😉

Yes to replace a dashboard cost $1k which is labor and parts because they have to replace the entire dashboard.

WOW! You thinking the judge knows nothing, she knows about that and much more than you do.

Plaintiff needs to get her listening ears on and listen to what people are saying to her. Sister told her not to keep it on the dash with the tape. Plaintiff chose not to listen to common sense. So she had no case.
@redapol56788 ай бұрын
9:54 The plaintiff’s idiocy alone is unbearable 🤣 🤣 🤣

The defendant knew the tape was going to damaged her dashboard. She realized there was no way to keep the pass from falling off if it wasn't velco or magnetic.

spray WD40 on it and after a few minutes remove the tape and clean the surface from the oil i might not use alcohol

The defendant obviously is spoiled. Why wasn't the half sister there. Maybe the half sister doesn't want to have anything to do with the defendant. The plantif should just leave it alone and maybe in time they will begin to have a relationship. The harder the plantif tries. The harder the defendant will pull away. The plantif should just center her attention on the one who respects her. If the defendant does not want her half sister or aunt at her house dont invite them. You cant force people on people they don't want to be around. In situations that cant be avoided just stay your distance as much as possible.

The plaintiff was told by the defendant, her sister not to leave the taped pass on the dash. Plaintiff did not listen and damaged her own dash. Her fault.
